"Hello, my family and I recently purchased an atv from you and I wanted to say thank you. We searched for a while and visited many other dealerships before coming to yours and believe me, it was the right decision. We were treated great from the moment we walked into the door. We came knowing what we wanted which made it easier for everyone. All of your employees were very courteous and helpful. I've bought a good number of vehicles and "toys" and this was by far our best experience and you will have our business in the future. I want to specifically point out Jim Zabele, he has went above and beyond to help my family and I in every way. Even when we did not ask for him to do any extra for us, he has. For example, we were wanting to buy helmets, but the helmets we wanted were not in stock. He told us he could order them for us, but at the time I did not feel like waiting. We found the helmets at another store that day, but after we left Jim kept doing research for us and actually found the helmet for us (it was a 2012), he called and offered to help us get it. This was very surprising. Because of that we came in the next week and ordered everything from him. I do not mind waiting and giving my business to someone who is willing to help us as much as he has. I plan on ordering all of my parts and aftermarket items from him. Basically anything you guys can get I will purchase from you. Jim has earned our loyalty for your company and I felt like he should be recognized for his hard work and customer service. Not only am I writing this email in hopes that it reaches management, but I have contacts very high up at Polaris Industries and I will be letting them know also. Again, thank you for everything!"

"I typically dont write reviews, but my experience at KMS warranted one. This was hands down the best purchasing experience I have ever encountered. I bought a 2012 Hammer 8ball from Quinton, one of the genuinely nicest and personable salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. No pushing, and his motorcycle knowledge was exceptional. I spent the majority of the day with him and he never got frustrated with my questions. Its obvious the entire staff enjoys working there and want their customers to be satisfied with their purchase.
I recommend KMS to all my friends and wont take my bike anywhere else for service. Top notch dealership!!"

"I wish to thank Quinton Bigalow for his patience, salesmanship, and ability to teach an old dog new tricks. I walked in, looking to purchase a used bike, within a limited budget- Quinton LISTENED to what I was saying, understood and acknowledged my concerns and answered them concisely, making my purchase easier and much more comfortable. After a VERY smooth upsale from a 750 to an 1100 (!), he was readily able to assure me we could work the deal within my budget, and the bike was sold. Of course, then he had to put up with my inexperience, and expertly got me comfortable and confident with the bike, and after 30-45 minutes, I was off to Vero Beach!
LOVED the ride- bike handled like a dream, shifted smooth as butter, which is important, seeing how this is my first bike with gears! Plenty of power, without being intimidating, and the Mustang seat is Sweet!

"Recently purchased a New 2012 Victory Cross Country. What a great buying experience.
The dealer has a great Gas and Go plan I purchased to assist with prepayment of service calls. I did have to ask the finance department about the extended warranty and tire plans.
Also, it would have helped if the sales guys would have understood some of the accessories or would have pulled a knowledgable parts guy into the assist with the SALE of Options. For instance I purchased the IPOD accessaries plug and then had to go in a few days later and buy a different (2nd) adaopter for my MP3 play and Andriod phone.
So I have learned to ask the question or ask for someone that can answer the question and THIS DEALER HAS PLENTY OF KNOWLEDGABLE AND WILLING TO ASSIST STAFF.
I have had the bike in twice for service and the Gas & Go is extremely helpful and the service staff is great.
This is A GREAT DEALERSHIP to work with and buy from. THANKS GUYS I LOOK FORWARD TO BEING PART of Your Dealer Family for a long time to come."

"Purchased a Brand new sportsman 500 . I love it , went to see 3 dealers before this one . And couldn't be happier . We visited the Honda dealer in Melbourne and Grant Motorsport ( what a joke) . Anyways , walked in , and was directly greeted by Lorenzo. He was extremely courteous , and knowledgeable. When i explain what i wanted to do , he guided me in the right direction and not trying to talk me into the most expensive machine. Also the manager was extremely nice, I would say that it was a wonderful experience overall , would go back in a heart beat. Already talked to 3 or 4 other fighters about my experience . "Steve in sales was a champ to work with. A very professional person and easy to work with around my schedule. He even came in on his day off to meet with me when I purchased my bike. And my bike! Oh man!! 2011 Victor Vision Touring. A dream bike is on the only way to describe this machine. It truly has all the bells and whistles on it. I did a lot of research comparing it to Harley, Honda, and BMW, beforing deciding on the Victory. If you are doing the same, Victory is the ultimate choice with no regrets I promise you. I took it and my daughter on a road trip to Key West from Ft Lauderdale this weekend to break it in. What a dream road trip!! Once in Key West we cruised the famous Duval St and the heads were turning. Even the other bikers were drooling. One guy had a super nice Harley and even he kept telling his friends, "Look at the super nice Victory man!" My daughter heard him say it 3 times. This work fo art handles like a dream with awesome power. If any of you reading this are considering buying one...stop considering and just do it! You will never regret it one bit!!! I'm a Victory guy for life!"

"One of the finest business dealings I have had in recent memory.
The motorcycle was discovered using internet search engines and was the very bike for which I was searching. I was considering two other bikes of the same make and model. I e-mailed Robert and informed him that I was interested in bike at KMS. Robert was the sole difference maker in my decision to travel to see the bike; I wasn't sold yet. I researched KMS customer satisfaction ratings and customer testimonies and came away impressed. When I arrived at KMS I was similarly impressed with the facility. I had a minor equipment positioning concern with bike which was addressed promptly by the service department which exceeded my expectation. Moreover, the terms of the deal discussed prior to arrival were upheld and no deceptive fees or other monies were suddenly required to finalize the purchase. I hold a business degree and know a good business when I see one, so I say the following with sincerity.
I would recommend KMS to anyone interested in purchasing any of their vehicles or needing service or other product. KMS is truly a gem in the rough among the mediocre business that seem to be the norm these days.

"It's nice to know that there's still a motorcycle dealership that make there first prority, " to sale motorcycles". On Jan. 28th My girlfriend and I were looking to up-grade her from a 250 to at least a 600. We had checked news papers, went online, and traveled to numerous dealerships. But it wasn't til we were at kissimmee Motosports we met John and his crew. There we founded honesty, realistic pricing, and most of all, the right bike!! It's not much you can do about the price of a new bike, but all the other dealerships were way over priced on their used bikes, and they use your want for a bike, or the lack of experience to make the sale. I never had to show my 31 years of knowledge about bikes to get a great deal. In fact, John, openly used the NADA book during the process of each and every bike we looked at. But the best part of my story, was that John understood how I felt about buying a used bike for my girlfriend, so he worked out a great deal on a warranty. WOW!!! So it really felt like buying a new bike. Thanks Kissimmee Motorsports for ensuring Tuwanda got a great deal on a used bike!!!
